Our favorite hotel in Oranjestad, staff was friendly!

it deserves its 4 stars.

liked beautiful people and food of the hotel. the bed was comfortable, the staff was absolutely gracious. for evening drinks visit pizza bob's, it is located within 5 minutes by foot. it was 3 km from occidental grand casino.

is a super mega cool hotel! staff is above all praise. attentive, helpful, cheerful, sociable and every day reminds you that you are on Happy Island :). Delicious breakfast, Breakfast was good, fruits, fish, vegetables). beach of the hotel is the best beach on the island!! (and the island we traveled all over, so I write about it confidently) Big, white, minimum people! sea view is beautiful! sunsets are unreal! beds on the beach are very comfortable, with tables, if something you want, you can not go to the bar, just raise a flag - and waiter himself will:). During the day on the beach carry cool towels, is very pleased. As well as there is a time when they treat with snacks. There's live music playing tonight. In general, everything in this hotel is made for relaxation! Rooms are great: clean, spacious. Cleaning is done several times a day). hotel is worth its money!!!!!!

Facilities were excellent. Not crowded at all -- plenty of space for the breakfast seating, pool and beach. Never had to rush to reserve a prime spot anywhere. Breakfasts were amazing. All staff were super friendly. A true pleasure of a week. Central location -- a quiet retreat but close to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Going back next year.

We loved the quiet, relaxed atmosphere. Attention to detail and overall friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.

The staff makes this resort - so friendly and welcoming. The beach is beautiful and the area is so relaxing.

Our room was not available they were oversold when we arrived and we were downgraded to a standard room for 1 night moved to the new room by 9:30 am and that night was credited in full - a minor minor bump but they stepped up and made it right - would return with no hesitation

The staff, pool, beach, food and room.

The bar lacked atmosphere and some live music other than the hour of steel drums in the evening. It was quite expensive for food and drink.

The staff made the stay complete. I must go again and have a longer visit!!

no need to queue for towels. You are guaranteed an Umbrella and beach chair.

its a cashless hotel. The hair dryer didn't work.

Loved the friendly staff (Hi Frank, Deborah!), the room was well appointed, with mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, along with the complimentary Ipad & WiFi for use while staying at the resort. The breakfasts were yummy! The beach to die for! Movie night was a blast!

Only con was there seemed to be a shortage of hot water for the shower. The resort is green so I understand to a point, but cold morning showers were not fun

Everything! Staff are super friendly and while they appreciate a tip its not expected. Facilities are great. Gym is open 24 hours so if you cant sleep you can have a workout. Bar is great. Nice seats/beds facing the sea where you can have a cocktail and watch the sun set Rooms cleaned every day if you want. Nice Pizza place across the street. No children on the property which was a big thing for us on our honeymoon.

The price is expensive considering it is not all inclusive but I would pay it again. For the service and facilites :)
